Hello, I’m Holly Jefferd, the Founder of Tiny Sleepers Big Dreamers. I am happily married to my husband for over 10 years and we have 2 little humans (currently ages 7 years, and 4 years). We reside in the country on our 4 acre property, just east of the GTA.

I started in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2007, specifically providing Intensive Behaviour Intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder which included, but was not limited to, acquisition based programs and behavioural remediation.

Sleep became my passion over 6 years ago when I found myself hiring 5 (yes, FIVE!) sleep consultants to teach my little man how to sleep. I learned that teaching an infant or toddler the skill of sleep is simply behavior modification, but in a new exciting way to me!

I have worked closely with Dr. James Porter, C. Psych for 12 years now, and I continue to be mentored by him to provide my clients with clinically supervised plans and strategies; especially those strong-willed toddlers.

Hello, my name is Laura Lederman. I am beyond thrilled to be part of Tiny Sleepers Big Dreamers! I have a very energetic little boy who is NOW an amazing sleeper.

I began my career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2000, providing Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) therapy to children with Autism worldwide. I have been very lucky to have my career be my passion and to see firsthand how behavior modification literally changes lives.

Fast forward 12 years, I had my son and I couldn’t get him to sleep longer than 3 consecutive hours for the first year of his life. I was one of those mommy “walking zombies” that you hear about and don’t truly understand what it is until you experience it yourself. After working with a wonderful sleep coach, my passion to expand my career to include sleep coaching was ignited. After learning about baby sleep science (it really is a science) and applying what I have been doing for 17+ years, I now have honour of helping families receive the same gift I once received ……….the gift of sleep.
